Assufficio organizes a series of workshops on the theme of industrial design meant as a possible driver of development in the office industry. The first meeting “Design for the Workplace” will take place on October 13th at Fondazione Riccardo Catella in Milan.
On the stand, together with Marco Predari, president of Assufficio and Luciano Galimberti, President of ADI, some of the leading figures in the most advanced sectors of Industrial design and research: Marco Bonetto (founder of Marco Bonetto Design), Paolo Ravazzani (bio ingenue at CNR and professor at Politecnico di Milano, Cesar Mendoza (strategic designer at GTP and president ADI Piemonte & Valle d’Aosta).
The workshop will confront experiences in state-of-the-art design trying to search for its actual value, centered around innovation, research and creativity, to leave a concept of “furniture design” increasingly run by marketing and avoid the risk of impoverishing the industry.
Italian language.
