As usual, the 17th edition of Facility Management Day organized by IFMA Italia will take place at Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan next 8th November 2016. The event will be focused on the new trends in Facility Management and the next developments of this profession. The event is sponsored by Regione Lombardia and Città Metropolitana di Milano.

The formula of the 17th edition of FM Day will be collaboration and dialogue among those present: work tables, direct engagement with the public and conferences aimed at an intense exchange of ideas among the speakers.
Among the topics discussed: the phase control in the service management process, the ways which companies have to prepare for the next productive and organizational scenarios, digitization applied to services and international best practices.
