Smart & Well is a round table, organized by Doxa and Trivioquadrivio, to esplorate new scenarios about the relationship between smart working and corporate wellness. (Palazzo delle Stelline, Milan (March 8, 2018).
Smart working and corporate wellness are two fundamental elements within an organization. During the event Doxa will present the results of the survey (on 400 people: employees, middle managers, managers) to better understand the expectations and analyze the policies implemented by the companies regarding smart working, change management and corporate welfare.
The presentation of the survey by Massimo Sumberesi, BU Director Doxa, will followed by a round table. The debate, moderated by AIDP, will compare some successful case studies presented by HR Managers: Christina Anagnostopoulou, Chief Human Resources & Organization of Europ Assistance Italia, Edgardo Ratti, Head of Human Resources of Subito.it and Livio Zingarelli, Head of HR & Business Transformation of Philips Italy, Israel and Greece. Legislative aspects will be addressed by Beatrice Taralla, Managing Partner of Littler law firm.
The conclusion will be dedicated to the change management approach centered on the talent enhancement. A common vision of Doxa and Trivioquadrivio, which has been dealing with new ways of working for several years and in particular with workplace innovation and flexible working.
