Resuts of the mini-survey proposed by WOW! trough the social media pages (Facebook and Linkedin) titled What makes a working mum happy?
The survey shows that an in-house crèche or anyway the possibility of having one’s children close is the best solution according to 55% of answers (about 100, men as well). Smart working ranges second with 45%. The coworking+cobaby Piano C in Milan is an answer to these needs.
Considering that women working in offices are in the majority, this datum should be taken into account by those companies wanting to create positive and productive working environments and really happy employees.
