Ilaria Santambrogio is the New Country Manager of Plantronics Italia, after a 14-years career within Italian Plantronics subsidiary, multinational in the world of headphones and pioneer of Wearable Technology. A promotion that confirms the qualities of women leadership and the strength of a management focused on the principles of the Smart Working.
Starting in Plantronics in 2000 as Marketing Executive, Ilaria Santambrogio (married, 39 aged, mother of Anastasia and Giordano) has held since 2003 until today the position of Marketing Manager, with the goal of focusing the EMEA target in measurable and concrete marketing results to support the sales area, the market share growth and brand awareness. With her career, she is testimony of the application of Plantronics Smarter Working philosophy and growth opportunities for the management and human resources, allowing people to organize where and when to work, according to their own objectives, focusing on the results and on the relationship company-employee.

In her new role Ilaria Santambrogio will oversee all the sales activities both channel that related to large and users, as well as the marketing and thought leadership activities. In the past she has worked for Balestrini Chimica and Transol, also holding roles more oriented to the sales.
