Material ConneXion Italia presents at Triennale Materials Village, a platform of events and initiatives to promote the cultures of materials.
The setup of Materials Village, coordinated by Architect Federica Pastonesi, is comprised of 9 houses and will take place in the gardens of Triennale di Milano, where Material ConneXion Italia has a showroom that for the event will used as Vip Lounge. The houses are characterized by the creative use of innovative materials thanks to the presence of more than 30 partners and 6 architects: Giulio Ceppi, Studio Collesi, Studio Marco Piva, Massimiliano Mandarini, Federica Pastonesi, Matteo Ragni.
The website www.materialsvillage.com gives the opportunity to virtually browse the internal space of the houses of the villages that are: Amalia (Italamp), Box of Visions (Design 528), Concreo (Apr-In), Quarzokite (Giulio Ceppi per Okite), Collesi Italian Vision (Studio Collesi per: EB Marmi e Graniti, Faos, Faravelli Remo, Giorgio Tura, IdealStrutture, Vavassori e Brignoli), XingXing (Studio Marco Piva for: Apuomarg, Casapiù Gattoni Rubinetteria, Leo Visconti), Urban Oasis (Massimiliano Mandarini for: B&F, Lignum Venetia, MBA, Preamfono), Synchronicity (Matteo Ragni Studio for: D.I. Più, Gardesa, Oltremateria, Tactis, XL Extralight) and the Vip Lounge (Akzo Nobel, Ferro, ACT Shenkar: Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art).
