Politecnico di Milano promotes the thirteenth edition of “Methods, techniques and tools for real estate” designed to meet the needs of professionals and professionals who need timely insights in a few hours. The course is divided into 13 modules, each of which represents a training package that can be attended individually.

Each module has been organized into two parts:
1 framing the problem in terms of technical and economic management;
2 case studies documented and presented by big companies’ professionals.
Some of the training modules are developed in collaboration with the prestigious British organization the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with which the ABC Department of Politecnico di Milano has formed a strong relationship.
