“Working to change” is the title of the photo exhibition commissioned by Sodexo to Photomovie agency to document how Italian companies are innovating the workplace.
It was previewed today to the press and will soon be available to the public in digital edition.
The exhibition opening was the occasion for a meeting on the trends and transformations taking place in the workplace: 1 out of 3 companies in Italy is asking for services to transform the work environment to make it more flexible, so as to guarantee an improvement the quality of working life of collaborators and their wellbeing in the workplace.
“It is a journey into the world of work today that highlights a new and innovating Italy. The photos portray working moments and rapidly growing trends in offices and industries.
Now we see more and more often the new phone booths to isolate themselves and work in the common areas or sofas with desks and soundproofing panels for meetings and video meetings with a few people, spaces used physically and virtually. But also parking lots dedicated to car sharing or electric charging.
In short, ‘Lavorare per cambiare’ shows how – on the one hand – a better liveability of the company can make the difference on the quality of life and the wellbeing experience of the workplace and on the other it highlights the need that companies have to transform spaces to lend themselves to experimentation and creativity to innovate and remain relevant in the future”, explained Alexis Lerouge, Corporate Marketing Director of Sodexo Italia.
