From 24th to 26th June, during the key event of the Italian property market, the protagonists of retail real estate will take to the stage.
During the exhibition EIRE -Expo Italia Real Estate some of the most influential operators in this sector will exchange ideas on the leitmotif of this tenth edition: urban regeneration.
A theme strictly tied to a trend that aims to identify new areas in cities, with a view towards the development of commercial aggregates capable of attracting investment by national and international operators.
“This year once again, the world of commercial real estate will be ever-present at this important event,” declared the president of Gestione Fiere Spa (the organiser of the event), Antonio Intiglietta.”Our country, which boasts incredible potential, constitutes amongst other things a source of great interest for national and international operators. Suffice to think of the often abandoned properties, located within 20,000 historical Italian city centres (Censis data), which may be returned to society through the implementation of a significant urban regeneration plan. It is from this perspective that we believe it is indispensible to work on this offer, valorising our invaluable heritage and reducing bureaucracy and uncertainty to a minimum”.
