Mezzalira Investment Group (MIG) expands its office solutions thanks to the acquisition of Mascagni Ufficio. The Bolognese company, a leading brand in the glass partition walls sector, joins two other office design brands – Sinetica and Sitland – to excellences in home design – Rotaliana and Jesse – and components – Sacemi Gamar and MVM. Through all possible synergies, MIG continues its expansion and aiming at the enhancement of Made in Italy with complete design solutions.
While Mascagni, the historic company founded in 1930, will easily reach new markets, this operation will give the MIG Group the opportunity to capitalize on Mascagni Ufficio’s market share in Italy -today around 70% of turnover- and to reach important players in the automotive, insurance and banking sectors.
“The operation perfectly completes the offer in the office sector of the Group, not only for the expansion of the range, but also because we have very few common customers with Mascagni.
The commercial force will therefore naturally integrate without overlapping. Mascagni’s institutional clients will also be able to benefit from a range of products without equal in the sector ”comments Gianmaria Mezzalira, CEO and founder of the MIG Group founded in 2016.
Mascagni’s production activities will move to the MIG production center in the province of Treviso (covered area of 80,000 square meters) together with those of Jesse and Sinetica.
The design, commercial and services areas will remain in Casalecchio (Bologna) where the restyling of the showroom is planned
