The winner companies -classificate into 3 lists: Large, Medium and Small Companies best workplaces- will be awarded next March 3rd, 2017 during the gala dinner organized by Great Place To Work Italia at the Unicredit Pavilion in Milan.
As usual, the ranking is based on the survey conducted among workers of the companies GPTW is collaborating with, to improve the business climate and the people satisfaction. The interviews are focused on various aspects in particular relate to the relationship between managers and employees, the collaboration between people and the quality of the work.
”The survey shows that managers of the best companies manifest in a special way their appreciation for the commitment of the people, not only through tangible benefits, but especially on an ongoing basis in the daily relationship”. Antonino Borgese, president of GPTW, quoted.
The best workplaces are characterized by the high level of wellbeing that people enjoy.
Among the multinationals are ranked Google, SAS Institute, W. L. Gore & Associates, high productive companies that implemented smart working.
