
BTicino will show off its new range of solutions for the connected Smart Home based on the Internet of Things from 6th to 9th of January at the International Consumer Electronics Show 2015 in Las Vegas. A great opportunity for the company part of the International Group Legrand to draw the attention of the world on the new applications that, using the ZigBee 3.0 system, can really make full interoperability a reality.
After the last year “Innovation Design and Engineering Awards 2014″, the Oscar for technological innovation in the field of electronics and audio/video, won by Caimi with its Snowsound, another italian company is ready to impress.
Visitors to the CES 2015 will be able to see and try numerous smart building commands in the aesthetics of BTicino’s and Legrand’s most widely distributed global lines in the pavilion dedicated to IoT/Home Automation. Smart devices are used to manage lighting, curtains and scenario automation, which can be activated via the traditional local mode, such as by pushing a button or turning a knob, or remotely via smartphones and tablets, using simple apps.
Among BTicino Legrande devices that use the ZigBee 3.0 technology, for example, dimmer controls for enlightenment and curtains, the ZigBee gatway which allows the dialog between the connected devices and the related Smarthome Application ZigBee will be exposed. There will be also shown solutions in AllSeen technology like the Scenario Automation station in Axolute Bticino design and the Color management command, a control that is able to create the right atmosphere for each environment of the house.
