They have a very important assignment as they control the whole carrying out of the project. The Project Manager Architect have to:
1) understand the customer’s needs,
2) develop, design and implement their ideas,
3) fix the budget and follow its variances,
4) define execution times,
5) assess the risks,
7) interact with all people involved,
8) monitor administrative acts,
9) coordinate and deliver on the successful carrying out of the project,
10) most of all, they should be the point person for all stakeholders.
