Some furnishings become evergreen and are difficult to “force” into a category. This is the case of Pegaso, designed in 2012 by Angelotti e Cardile and produced by Caimi Brevetti.
Born as a dining table, it has also enjoyed great success as a desk and meeting table and, due to the smart working expansion imposed by the corona virus, it is making a comeback as a furniture design oriented for the home office.
Thanks to its design flexibility and customization, it matches the most diverse styles and domestic atmospheres.
The two photos down show Pegaso in two settings, with different features and functions:
the first one with glass top, combined with the Big wall bookcase, is perfect as a home office desk.
the second one with the white acrylic resin top, flanked by the Socrate bookcase, is a duplex, more spacious desk and also allows the coexistence of more smart workers, or smart students … familiar.
Pegaso have a wide range of finishes and sizes, as the names suggest: metal, solid, infinite cement.
Different versions characterized by the same rigorous design connecting structure with sinuous lines with an extremely linear top.
Among the various combinations available by Pegaso:
1. Top in transparent or frosted glass. Dimensions: rectangular (cm 160 – 180 and 200), round (ø 130), oval (180×110 or 220×120). Structures: polished aluminum or matt white, silver gray or micaceous black painted.
2. Top with white acrylic resin finish or concrete finish, with structures in glossy or matt white aluminum.
Dimensions for the rectangular, from 160×90 cm up to 360×120 (with an increase of 10 cm 170, 180, etc. up to 360), dimensions for the square (130×130 and 140×140 cm), for the round (130, 140 and 150 cm) for the oval (180×110 and 220×120 cm).
3. Top in cast bronze or cast iron finishing: are proposed the same dimensions as the top in white resin, only with structure in polished aluminum.
Its clean design also allows its multiplication to reach large dimensions, as demonstrated by the sculptural meeting table Pegaso Infinito.
