A special WOD (Women in Office Design) Italy Christmas celebration is being hosted by fabric manufacturer, Gabriel and facilitated by Vincent McNulty, shoe and accessories designer and owner of Manee Milano brand.
Women in Office Design members will gather on 15th December to enjoy a fun ‘making’ workshop using samples and leftover fabrics to create something to take home.

“We are looking forward to celebrating our growing network of members in Italy,” says Lauren Thompson, WOD’s ambassador for Italy and Senior A&D Consultant and WELL AP for Flokk. “The workshop will also provide an opportunity for many designers to reconnect with ‘hands on’ making, possibly taking them out of their comfort zone with so many people being mainly computer based!”
Formed last September 2021, WOD Italy is part of the global network WOD / Women in Office Design, founded in May 2018 by Harsha Kotak, an interior designer, with a vision to inspire and empower women working in all areas of the office design industry.
With chapters in the UK, Spain, India and Italy, WOD’s success demonstrates a definitive need for fellowship, networking, knowledge exchange and learning.
As well as the events, the WOD-Digital app provides an additional platform for collaboration, learning and networking with the rapidly expanding community.
