We talk a lot about Smart Working but what is the reality? “Flexibility is not enough” as the title of the conference of the Osservatorio Smart Working of the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano underlines.
The OSW annual research offers a precise scenario on agile work and many points for reflection.
Smart workers are growing at 570 thousand, but behind this apparently positive figure there are prejudices, critical issues and cultural delays, above all on the part of management.
And the false idea that SW is only working working or home working has not yet been overcome.
“The growing dynamics in our country is not fast enough” says Mariano Corso, Scientific Director of OSW.
“There are still few organizations that interpret Smart Working as a complete project, including space rethinking (a smart workplace is a must!) and new ways of working based on trust and collaboration”, explains Fiorella Crespi, Director of OSW.
