What influences wellbeing in corporate organizations? AIDP (Italian Association for Personnel Director) will address this issue with the conference “Business to create Wellbeing or / and Wellbeing to create Business” which will take place at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan on February 24, 2020 from 15.00 to 20.00 (Borsa Italiana Congress Center, Piazza degli Affari, 6).
The debate becomes more intense every day, not only in Italy, with respect to the issues of welfare or even better than the wellbeing of people / wellbeing of employees and the evolution of the role of the Personnel Director.
The conference is part of the broader AIDP strategy, which has always been sensitive to the development of a sustainable economy, and the implementation of the SDG’s – Sustainable Development Goals – of the 2030 Agenda.
In particular, AIDP Lombardia set up the “BenessereLab” in 2018 with the aim of raising awareness of the opportunity to include the theme of wellbeing as a critical success factor for the growth of the GDP.
