More than 800 companies in 34 different fields and 27 countries, a total revenue of 60 billion euros and 290 thousand employees: these are the numbers of the Elite programme started in 2012 by Borsa Italiana in collaboration with Confindustria to support the growth process of the most valuable companies. Now, among these firms, there is also Ares Line: “Our main goal is sharing thoughts, competences, and visions with excellent entrepreneurs”, the president Roberto Zuccato said.
“We are proud to join the Elite programme, first of all, because we believe that it is a valid training that will give us valuable inputs to optimize our management”. With these words, Roberto Zuccato, Ares Line’s president, has expressed his satisfaction about the entry of the Italian leader company in the production of office chairs, in the financial network Elite.
The programme, developed by Borsa Italiana, the Italian stock exchange market, in collaboration with Confindustria, involves several European firms giving them more funding opportunities, visibility and offering to the management a chance of rethinking their organizational culture. “We also believe that joining Elite will result in a strengthening of our brand image and meanwhile in a good visibility in the financial market”, Roberto Zuccato concludes.
“Three results can summarize in a simple but effective way the impact that Elite is having in Italy: the growth of the companies’ dimensions, of their productivity and of employment”, Luca Peyrano, CEO and General Manager di Elite, added, highlighting how developing excellent management skills is crucial to enhancing the competitiveness of the Italian companies worldwide, as long as the access to a good financial support.
Sharing of experiences, access to the financial market and training are the key values of Elite. The programme is organized in the first year of training to align the organization to the company’s development goals and to find alternative funding sources, and in the second year of coaching when the company is guided through the implementation of the changing required by the established aims.
Nowadays, Elite counts 437 firms in Italy in different fields: from consumer goods, to public services, telecommunication and chemistry and raw materials.
