The second edition of the culinary contest promoted by Interface Italia which unites the supply chain of the real estate sector and uses food as a metaphor to talk about sustainability and the circular economy took place in Milan at the Arclinea showroom. The format, conceived by Daniela Ravaschio, focuses on issues related to compliance with the principles of Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) in a playful and engaging key.
The four architecture studios ACPV Architects (Antonio Citterio, Patrizia Viel) LAND; MCA (Mario Cucinella Architects), Park Associati) challenged each other by developing unpublished recipes of the highest level and the two juries thus decreed….
Riccardo and Federico Salvalaio – ACPV Architects are the winners of Cooking is Real 2023.
