Last year Caimi Brevetti had fascinated us with the Snowsound-Art project developed in collaboration with Gillo Dorfles, which now shall be read as a tribute following the death of the master. The journey in the art world progresses and is enriched now by the works of another great milanese “Maestro”: Gio Ponti. They will be launched at Salone del Mobile (Pad.16 E31 F30) and Superstudio in Milan Via Tortona (Stand 05).
Artworks duplicated on standard objects with high acoustic performances. Accessible and usable art, not works to admire only. In short, that’s the concept of Snowsound-Art.
Thanks to this cultural project eagerly desired by the company, the multi awarded Snowsound technology, brings new values inside our workplaces and common environments and furthers some unexpected connections between art and industrial design.
On the occasion of Salone del Mobile 2018 we will enjoy new amazing products thanks to the collaboration between Caimi Brevetti and the heirs of architect Gio Ponti.
The range of the new sound absorbent Snowsound-Art panels will includes now a number of drawings carried out by Gio Ponti since the 1950s. the first drawings are part of the project “porte dipinte (painted doors) created for Villa Planchart in Caracas and Villa Nemazee in Teheran (1955-1964).
We will enjoy the new Snowsound-Art panels signed by Gio Ponti:
