Events Factory, a branch of Bologna Fiere Group, is coming in Milan to organize All Around Work, a new exhibition format dedicated to the evolution of the workplace, conceived by Alfonso Femia and Marco Predari.
AAW, biennial exhibition with free admission, will debut on October from 6th to 8th 2020 in Megawatt Space, south suburb of the city.
Nothing to do with Salone del Mobile and Salone Ufficio, the organizers say.
AAW will be a “democratic fair open to citizenship” designed on the concepts of “generosity, contamination, inclusion and sharing of ideas” addressed to all the actors involved in the project and the management of the workplace.
Not only office furniture, inside the 3000sqm of AAW, but “architecture and engineering firms, general contractors and high tech manufacturers that will involve experts and the public in the cognitive process of a constantly changing market, to offer concrete possibilities of business”.
The heart of the set-up will be Inclusive World @ Work, an “experiential” installation designed by Principioattivo Architecture Group, as the designers explain, it will represent “a place where space is no longer physical and defined in boundaries and functions. ”
A rich calendar of events, panels and workshops on future work environments is also planned.
