The better synthesis of the New Visions of Work emerges from the slogans of the exhibiting companies at Orgatec 2018, coined to explain their own culture at work.
Persuasive messages that reinforce the concepts of the new products, identifying the company philosophy.
“New Vision of Work” increasingly integrated with a New Vision of Life, focused on work-life balance and well-being of people.
Smart your life!
“Smart your life” is the invitation of the Mezzalira Group in a stand, designed by Paolo Mantero, where the Sinetica and Sitland products are skilfully combined with those of the other brands of the group (Jesse and Rotaliana) for “A new Way of Living, Furnishing and Living“.

Another amazing claim, perfectly in line with the New Visions of Work, is “From Activity Based Office to People-Based Office” coined by Prooff.
This definition perfectly expresses the new human centered approach, and is also consistent with the products that the Dutch company presented.
(“A new light on work” is Prooff‘s slogan that underlines the “people first” concept).
The concept “No Boundaries” marks the presence of BuzziSpace and its proposals for a “happy and healthy workspaces“.

At the entrance of the Vitra’s stand entitled Work –this year again occupied the entire hall 5.2 with its partners- is displayed a Decalogue, result of the research:
”Where to work Better”
1 nowhere (work less)
2 in motion
3 in a shared space
4 in a community
5 not at home
6 in a company home
7 outside
8 in a super flexible space
9 in a work in progress
10 anywhere you want.
The large black chalkboard in the Interface stand collects data on sustainability, infographics, cutting-edge concepts – such as biophilic design – but also leaves room for play, irony and interaction, inviting visitors to answer the question “What are the elements that make the work environment more positive?” … and some answered: gin tonic!
The “culture at work” for Sedus is built thanks to the contribution of people. On the occasion of Orgatec the company thanks these people for their work “People create culture. Culture makes the difference. These people make it happen”.
“CoolWorking Experience” is the fil-rouge of Actiu in an exhibition that combines design and wellness research.

“Open for Change” expresses not only the openness but also the know-how and concreteness of Kinnarps Group in finding answers to changes in the ways of working. “Are you ready for change?”
Novy Styl with “Let’s #MakeYourSpace Together” invites you to discover why you might want to create a flexible, free, social, quiet and smart office.
“Health & Productivity” is the synthetic and effective claim by Markant.
Infiniti coined “Designed to be Social” as a unifying element inside its stand with a warm, domestic mood, divided into different “rooms”.

The motto “The world is not enough” is declined by Nurus in a series of suggestions and new requests accompanied by the solutions proposed by the Turkish company, for example:
“Deliver people what they want, before they need it”;
“Create corporate culture through synergy”;
“Health in workspaces is extended to wellness”;
and above all “Humanity, humanity, humanity” …

Frezza clearly expresses through two side-by-side sets (Pop Up and Alplus) that “Culture at Work is more than just a desk, it’s about you“, and it is a great truth!
