How to analyze and deal with the impact of the corona virus crisis on the corporate climate and on the company-employee relationship? It is around this question that the free webinars organized by Great Place to Work Italy have been developed. The last two appointments will take place on May 27th “How the best companies face the crisis” and on May 28th “React to the crisis focusing on trust”. The last of these meetings – Excellent practices of the best companies at the time of covid-19 – was selected in our WOWbinar section.
The experiences of the best companies meet the Great Place to Work’s research on corporate culture to provide useful and interesting ideas for all companies and professionals dealing with the post-pandemic restart.
Trust is the keyword: the construction of the corporate climate, of the wellbeing and satisfaction of employees – characteristics of the companies included in the ranking of the Best Workplace 2020 – have constituted points of strengths that have enabled a greater resilience and a more flexible and effective organization to face difficulties.
In the first of the two last webinars – How the best companies face the crisis (May 27, live at 4:45 pm) – the secrets that allow some Best Companies to always be at the top of the GPTW Best Companies ranking will be investigated, thanks also to the participation of Melissa Peretti (Country Manager of American Express Italy), Agostino Santoni (CEO of Cisco Systems Italy) and Marco Inglardi (Account Executive of Cadence Design Systems Italy).
In the second – Reacting to the crisis by focusing on trust (May 28, live at 15:00)- Andrea Montuschi will present the results of the “React” survey, on the effects produced on the companies’ internal climate by the sudden, drastic and forced change in the ways of working.
