
Copernico and BNL Group Paribas have signed a partnership to create a network of smart working environments to revalue the bank’s Italian estates fostering the smart working culture. “Smarter Together” is a project based on a knowledge sharing platform of comfortable and flexible workplaces and on events and activities to support the well-being of the community.
“A cultural and relational change that creates a new way of living the company, the workplace in a more collaborative way”. Antonino Marino, BNL Real Estate manager, has used these words to present the partnership “Smarter Together” signed with Copernico.
The goal of the agreement is the requalification of the Italian workplaces of the bank, creating a network of innovative centers, in order to increase and foster the cultural changing the bank is going through in these years: in 2016 2.700 workers has taken part in the project “flexible working”, that allows them to work one day a week outside the office.
The project has started from the BNL ClubHouse Barberini in Rome, a membership club dedicated to high profile businessman and professionals, but it will envolved soon cities like Bologna, Varese, and Cagliari, while BNL declares they expect to spread the smarter together model also in Brescia, Genova, Napoli, Prato, Alessandria, and Novara.
In addition, to foster more work-life balance oriented and more environmentally sustainable ways of working, the project aims to give a boost to the requalification of the involved urban areas.
